Let’s start by informing you on what we do:

Our clients contact us when they have positions that need to be filled – we don’t create positions and we can’t force clients to interview when there aren’t any vacancies. So don’t get mad at us when we can’t assist you – we can only place what is available.

Clients give us job requirements – these most of the time – are NOT negotiable. So if you are applying for a position and you don’t meet the requirements, you probably are not going to get a successful response. However, if you meet the majority of the requirements – our process can begin.

Oh and forgot to add – we don’t charge you anything! This service that we provide is for FREE! So please, don’t be rude, use us, or take advantage of our wonderfully good nature – we might just send you a bill ;-)

So when you come in for an interview (and ideally we would like to see you face-to-face)

We will:

Analyze your CV and advise where possible
Try our best to understand who you are as a person, what you do 8 -5 , Monday – Friday
Make sure we understand what you are looking for in a career, culture, boss, employees and package
Advise you on salary expectations
Fill you in on recruitment needs and market movement
Assist you as best as possible in finding you your next “nu beginning”

We handle EVERYTHING – from sending your CV to our client, to arranging the interview, to negotiating salary and start date and even staying in touch for the rest of your career. All you have to do is co-operate, be a serious job hunter, respect us and be honest.

We will not:

Send your CV to any company without your permission
Send your CV without an extensive interview with you – and preferably face-to-face
Lie to you – if the position is cancelled, placed or put on hold – you will be the first to know
Tolerate anyone who is disrespectful

We will:

Treat your CV and information with the strongest confidentiality
Listen and understand your needs
Keep you in the loop as much as possible and make sure you know where you stand with us and your prospective future employer
Assist you in the whole recruitment process
Make sure your remuneration is market related (hopefully even better :-))
Advise on resignation
Be your career counselor!
