What makes Nu Beginnings special is our innate desire to find the right person for the right position!

We have all had the experience of starting over or entering into a new career at some stage in our lives, and here at Nu Beginnings we aim to place candidates into positions that will be long lasting and mutually beneficial to candidate and company alike.

Who exactly are we?

· We are 100% women owned, owner managed, and women staffed

· We operate throughout South Africa

· We began as IT Source Personnel in 2006 and changed our name to Nu Beginnings IT Recruitment Company in 2010 to align our mission

and purpose

· Due to an ever-present demand from our clients for non-IT based recruitment, we are now operating as Nu Beginnings

· We scrutinize your skill requirements are so that we can find candidates who are as close a match as possible to what you are looking for

· We make it our mission to get a sense of your company culture and make sure that we find candidates who fit your company personality!

· We refuse to bombard our clients with dozens of unqualified cv’s – instead we send out only the top candidates who we believe will be fit

· We keep in contact with our candidates and clients long after a placement has been made (we like to see how our candidates grow and

thrive in their new companies!)
